Quick answers for logging in, voting, and getting your receipt.
How do I log in?
Use your Voter ID + Key from your invitation email, your registered phone number (if phone login is enabled), or your email address (if email login is enabled for your election).
Email login
Enter the same email address stored on your voter record. If you belong to multiple elections, choose the correct one after signing in.
Phone login
Select your country, enter the phone number on your voter record, complete the security check, then enter the SMS code sent to your phone.
Save for later
If your election allows it, click Save for Later on the ballot to pause. Log back in with the same credentials to continue where you left off.
Vote receipt
After submitting your ballot, download your PDF receipt from the thank-you page or use the link in your confirmation email. Save your receipt ID for your records.
Lost credentials
Try phone or email login if enabled. Otherwise use “Forgot your login credentials?” on the login page or contact your election administrator.
Accessibility
Use Tab to move between ballot choices and press Enter or Space to select. Contact your election administrator if you need additional assistance.
